How the marketplace works

Studios apply and get verified
A company submits registration documents and a sample of its work. A Stride admin approves it before a single listing goes live.

Every variation is stocked separately
Size, colour and width form one SKU with its own price and stock count, so the storefront never promises a pair the workshop cannot ship.

One bag, one payment, many parcels
Checkout collects a single Stripe payment and splits it to each seller, minus commission. Each seller ships and tracks their own parcel.

Returns run through the seller
Exchanges and refunds are handled by the maker within 30 days, with Stride stepping in only when a case stalls.
